Please note: Ambassadors and Ambassador candidates are required to be full-time faculty, staff, or administrators at their prospective campus.
CETC Ambassador Job Duties:
Being the influential and knowledgeable advocate and primary on-campus resource to consistently promote system-wide CETC services at your college.
Attending all Ambassador Training workshops and required meetings.
Working to promote the establishment and expansion of an on-campus Ambassador structure and strategically pairing faculty, administrators, professional development, technology, and other key contacts with the Ambassador program to foster a collaborative partnership that promotes and increases the use of CETC services.
Scheduling and completing a designated number of Ambassador Program presentations with various target administrative and faculty groups.
Implementing a campus-wide pre and post awareness survey.
Coordinating/integrating Ambassador outreach efforts and activities with existing structures for staff development (including flex days as well as any other CETC activities) so the Ambassador Program can be effectively cross-promoted to all target markets.
Disseminating all CETC and Ambassador Program collateral materials according to a pre-designated distribution schedule.
Acting as the campus liaison for the Ambassador Program to communicate feedback and/or suggestions to the Ambassador Program Coordinator and the CETC Projects.
Assisting in the coordination of any on-campus outreach visits by CETC members.
Completing the required Ambassador Activity/Summary Report twice a year.
